Peacefulness and greenery around the place, the location is great and the hotel layout is very enjoyable, I love that there are several places to eat and enjoy walking around.

Lobby is great, modern and spacious. Room smelled like smoke, but they took care of it immediately. Staff was very helpful and always smiling. 9 out of 10

One thing I could definitely bring up is this time for my stay I was very happy to have a TV with an HDMI cord connection. Last time I stayed my rooms TV did not have the HDMI connection. This is important to be able to connect my streaming devices to watch my TV like back at home. Something small but important.

Renne was awesome at check-in. I remember her from Araiza as well. This new system with climate control made me so uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I'm staying here anymore. I was freezing all night And I can't control the heat or AC. I still give 5 stars because I do like the staff and I like it here but even now I have to go take a shower and I'm cold even before I go get wet in the shower. I know when it's hot here.It's really hot and there's no heat aided.But when it's fifty degrees outside it's cold inside too.

The facility and rooms are great for what Courtyards are, the menu breakfast is good.

Very basic, not even chair or hook to hang your coat but we travel Baja for the past 10 years so have seen good and bad. This one is very clean which is the most important to us and the staff very nice and helpful. Will stay there again if in Mexicali

I like that it's close to alot of places,restaurants, stores, downtown

Breakfast was well prepared, different food each day. It was a proper meal. Location was important as I was having dental work done. 5 min walk. Staff was attentive.

Hotel 15 minute walk from border, about US$5 by Uber from bus station. Plenty of shops, bars and eateries nearby. Friendly, helpful staff at reception (24 hours). Key to own room. Seemed clean, quiet (despite being on main road). Payment in US$ or Mexican pesos (cash is accepted). Large bedroom, soft double bed, bedside units and lamps, table and chair, drawers for storage, flat screen TV (no streaming). Wifi/internet/network OK. Lighting good in bedroom. Good air-conditioning, also blanket supplied. Enough powerpoints. Good sized bathroom with hot water shower.
