United StatesRenne was awesome at check-in. I remember her from Araiza as well. This new system with climate control made me so uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I'm staying here anymore. I was freezing all night
And I can't control the heat or AC. I still give 5 stars because I do like the staff and I like it here but even now I have to go take a shower and I'm cold even before I go get wet in the shower. I know when it's hot here.It's really hot and there's no heat aided.But when it's fifty degrees outside it's cold inside too.

United StatesOne thing I could definitely bring up is this time for my stay I was very happy to have a TV with an HDMI cord connection. Last time I stayed my rooms TV did not have the HDMI connection. This is important to be able to connect my streaming devices to watch my TV like back at home. Something small but important.

Mexicali has nearly everything you need. Nice hotels, shopping, doctors, restaurants, many businesses. But not a lot of street signs, and it has a lot of traffic. Study a map first, and know where you're going, before you go there.

Mexicali is a cute dessert town that keeps on growing despite its very hot and dry weather. Originally the lands that saw the crossing of the Cucapah, Cochimi, Kumeyaay, Pai Pai, Kiliwas and others accross the Californias without border. Mexicali has thrived culturally and its people are warm, kind and generous. Despite road infrastructure can be a challenge, it is an active place, unique cuisine that has integrated Chinese gastronomy. Their imput due to migrating waves from the 1800s has made a mark on the landscape of Mexicali. Healthy food and lifestyle continue to elevate Mexicali 'a must' destination holiday. Its Majestic Rumorosa with capricious rock formations makes this place memorable. All around there is something for you, whether you are vegetarian or carnivorous, carne asada is just delicious and la ruta del vino, only 1.20 min away offers a unique experience. You may need a week to experience this place. This place is peaceful but vibrant, safe, friendly and affordable.

Lots of really good restaurants with great staff. Ruta Tres, restaurant, has a fantastic brunch every day until noon. I go every time I am in Mexicali. My husband and I are very happy with the medical care and pharmacies.

We were on our way home so we didn't really plan for time in Mexicali. The hotel was very good and safe. We used the google maps app to get to the border. Do not follow this app. It took us to the sentri lane which we had to turn around in. Sentri is for those with special passes. Absolutely no public signs to get you to the general public border crossing line. Town signs were the worst.

The room did not look very clean, the klenex box was used (I have a photo) it seemed like they had taken the box from the trash. I went to search them and let them know I took them. aha and they never replaced it. Just two sizes in the bathroom, hair rinse was born. I think next time we will opt for Fiesta Inn. I have been staying with you for a long time and this is the second time that your service leaves a lot to be desired room 1123

Bathroom has no privacy. I do not understand the logic of having an open bathroom. This was very uncomfortable and the reason for not staying there anymore. The beds, TV, staff and cafeteria are great.
