Hotel in Tulum City Centre, Tulum
Located in Tulum, 3.4 miles from Tulum Archeological Site, Hotel Bardo - Adults Only provides accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. The best hotel I have ever encountered. A calm tranquil ambience - boho decor, friendly and super helpful staff who went out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breathtaking decor with small personal touches to create an unforgettable experience. Loved every corner of that hotel from the avocado seed straws, the tezmacal experience, yoga every morning, aesthetic & very clean rooms.
Hotel in Playa Paraiso, Tulum
Located inside the Tulum Archaeological Site in Tulum, Hotel Poc Na Tulum features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi in the restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. If you want to see how does Heaven looks like - go in this hotel! Everything was absolutely amazing, from the place (decor, jungle, sea, the restaurant ...etc.) to every single person who was working there! The staff there made our stay incredible (special greetings to Alan and Suzi who made everything for us to feel good, comfy and like at home). In the beginning we were a little bit worried about the wifi because is only on the reception and in the restaurant but then you realize you don’t actually need it when you have the beautiful jungle and the sea right in front of you. Pocna from all the places on the beach is the most clean and beautiful. In the restaurant there was on Saturday and Sunday dj playing and after some days there was (I think a local) band playing. We had breakfast included in the prize and it was also delicious the only thing maybe I didn’t like, (well anyway I was still eating because it was delicious) was that everyday we had the same food. But this is nothing in compare everything else they gave us - for sure one day if I come back in Tulum I will stay in Pocna! Thank you guys for everything, wish you all the best! ❤️

Everything was exceptional from the welcome to the goodbye. We arrive to Tulum without a plan but Leo and the other concierges helped us a lot to make the best out of our trip. Located in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, Mamasan Treehouses & Cabins has accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. From the moment I pulled up to Mamasan I felt like I arrived home or was visiting friends. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing less than perfect. I felt safe, comfortable and happy! The rooftop bar area is clean and relaxing, it’s nice to have a restaurant/bar on site. Mamasan is also within walking distance to a lot of popular spots like Taboo Beach Club, Aldo’s, Selina, Ziggy’s and the Ven a la luz statue to name a few. I stayed in the Bamboo suite and wish I had stayed longer than 2 days! It’s a loft style room and you climb up to the bed on a bamboo ladder so I thought maybe after 2 days I’d get tired of it but it was honestly no trouble for me at all, so I recommend staying 3 nights or more unless you’re really unable to manage climbing. The room was clean and absolutely beautiful. The view from the bed is gorgeous and I can’t explain how but the air conditioning works up there pretty well, so I was never hot and I had no issues with bugs. The staff have also been extremely helpful with recommendations if you’re looking for activities to do or rentals.

In this hotel I liked absolutely everything: the marvellous interiors, beautiful surroundings, very tasty food in all restaurants, a generous breakfast, included in the price. The work of all the staff at the hotel is beyond any praise, the beautiful beach is regularly cleaned. I would like to come back!

Offering Two outdoor pools and gourmet food, Mereva Tulum by Blue Sky is located 10 minutes' drive from Tulum town and 15 minutes’ drive from the Tulum Mayan Ruins. The hotel is really beautiful located at an amazing location, a little oasis to forget about the real world. Food and drinks are really delicious but the best of all is the staff. They are truly amazing! All of them are incredibly kind and helpful, they really go over the top to make your stay a dream come true, they are without a doubt some of the best staff we have ever met through all our trips, we are already missing them! Hotel is really far away from everything in an isolated section, perfect for relaxing, exactly what we were looking forward to! Prices are also quite fair, there are some reviews complaining about this so I was worried but the truth is that if you consider the context (a 5 stars hotel almost in the middle of nothing, exactly in front of the ocean, with all the amenities you want, a great service and in Tulum, one of the most trendy places of the world right now) the prices are really fair, compared to other hotels in the area they are even cheaper. Definitely we are coming back.

Tulum is a charming town that is definitely up and coming. Many new buildings are going up some of them will be high priced. I like the cenotes- got to swim in one and water was cool and refreshing. Highly recommend especially since the 2 beaches I went to had too much seaweeds from the recent hurricane. Travelling around town was good, I used the public mini-bi=us to get to the Mayan Ruins and was only 205 pesos each way from the hotel. Walking on the main strip was nice - lots of restaurants with different fare and not too expensive and lots to see and buy.
Tulum is the city under construction, rich and very very poor people on the other side, which serve to the rich. Construction workers can be seen how they live in poverty and almost outside in houses without walls. Her you can see a good example of capitalism and difference beetwen rich and poor, it was not a good experience, we did not like it. The nature is nice, but here you can not see much of it.
During my stay it rained a lot and there were lots of sargaço on the beaches, so I could'nt see the blue waters and this part I could'nt enjoy. Visiting the ruins and the Cenotes were a great experience, it was worth the trip.
Our stay at Hotelito Azul - Tulum started so well but we were robbed in our hotel room along with other guests. After reporting the theft to the police and making all the necessary arrangements, the hotel acknowledged the theft via a member of their cleaning staff. The general manager then promised to reimburse us as soon as possible (in a letter) and now refuses to reply. No further reaction from them, no compensation and a completely wasted holiday!
If you didn’t know Tulum is expensive. It’s Bohemian and you never know what you’re gonna get… The hotel is at the end of Tulum where it’s quieter. The rooms were awesome. The reception area could be spruced up a bit. The restaurant was amazing… The beach area was small but nice. The guest services were amazing… When we were leaving I forgot my newly purchased expensive purse in the room one of the staff hopped on a motorcycle and met us at the Entry of Tulum to bring it to me. Above and beyond service.
Botanica is the best place where I have been so far in Mexico. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful and generous. So does the other people I had the chance to meet there. The place is so beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, with a beautiful kitchen, a temazcal 3 times per week. There is also a good yoga studio and a cute cafe just next door. The public beach is 15-20 min by bicycle. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Tulum. Thank you for all and for warning my heart <3
We loved the place. The last few hotels I've stayed in, it had a feel like regular hotels (standard Marriott type places). In walks Na'ala Tulum. It has a vibe that's specific to México. From the cool open air lobby, to the atmosphere (there was a live band randomly one night and another night hosted a live DJ at the pool). The shower was spacious. The balcony was nice for sitting. And the location was great! Right smack in the middle of things.
The location is perfect if you want to be away from the crowds. Very safe area and pretty much just a couple of people on the beach during the entire stay. Staff was very attentive and the rooms were very clean. The rooms had A/C, cable TV and WiFi which seems to be a luxury in the whole area of Tulum. The wooden pier by the beach is awesome and very relaxing to out there and stargaze at night. Did not get to try out the restaurant at the hotel.
This was our first time staying in Tulum. My partner and I loved the quiet stay of the hotel and could not get over how friendly the staff was. The property was gorgeous. We loved the option of two pools. The included breakfast was delicious. If you like spicy- we recommend ordering the habanero sauce along side. Lunch and dinner was also incredible. Beds were cozy, showers were warm. Bonus- got to see several nice cats and dogs. Beautiful.
Tulum
The property is more or less 20km away from the center or Tulum, but if you have a car, you can easily find your way downtown. In the middle of the woods, it is the perfect place to stay if you want to rest. A small boutique hotel with everything you need for a couple amazing days in Tulum. The host, Laura, is the best!! She will take care of you as if you are family, and will give the best advices. An amazing person with a BIG heart.
I absolutely loved this hotel! the staff are wonderful and so helpful - they will happily book taxis for you to get to the beach/hotel zone. it’s clean and quiet, in a location that’s slightly off the beaten track which I loved! you can still walk or bike (or taxi) to the centre of Tulum or the beach as well though. the pool was quiet and never packed and the rooms were simple but lovely. would highly recommend!
Everything about origen Tulum was wonderful. Camilla who works as a receptionist is amazing, attentive and always very friendly. The treehouse looking boutique hotel was authentic, romantic, cozy, clean, tropical and quiet. On the quieter side of the beach strip which we loved. Across the street was one of our favourite taco restaurants and access to the beach. Everything was walkable. Super safe.
Everything was amazing! The hotel was so beautiful and peaceful and it was amazing to not be in Tulum and to have our private beach. The Spa was so relaxing and the restaurant food was amazing. Definitely recommend the Italian pasta and the all inclusive Breakfast was wonderful! We had a lovely guy who served us every morning call Marcel who made us laugh and was super friendly.
It is a very beautiful small hotel, close to the main avenue in downtown Tulum. They allowed us to leave our bags there before checking in so that we could go to Xel-Há. The room was very clean, it had an AC unit, no TV but for us wasn’t necessary. It has a shared kitchen you can use if you want to cook, we didn’t use it though. Would definitely recommend to stay there.
The garden bungalows were so great! I love how the location is on the beach. the place was super clean and the staff were the most helpful! this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in while on my trip to mexico. I cannot fault it! I would definitely recommend it and stay here myself again! thank you for such a great stay Kai Tulum!
I really liked this place, right in the action of everything, but my room was so quiet, I didn't hear any noise from the street.Great rooftop pool, Huge bed, great AC and hot water, the best is the host He was so amazing and helpful with anything I needed. I will be going back to this hotel whenever I'm in Tulum, I love it!!!
Nice hotel, the room was pretty big and cosy, hote's beach is nice and so is the restaurant (Mina). location is good, few shops and a bar right outside the hotel, an 5 min taxi to the "main part" of tulum hotel zone where all the restaurant are. Staff was nice and attentive, shower was great!
The Location of the hotel and its services on the terrace as well as on the beach are great. The downside of the Location is as everywhere now in Tulum, the banging beats of the nightclubs surrounding the Hotels. Staff was exceptional nice and our family suite was the best room in the Hotel.
Cozy hotel with beautiful inner courtyard and pool. The restaurant at the entrance is very good. The cleaning services were excellent and the staff was very nice. About a 20 min walk to Tulum Center. Chedraui right across the street.
The location was perfect! It’s in the heart of Tulum’s Hotel Zone. The room was clean and cozy. I’ll be definitely be returning.
The setting near the beach and the ruins of ancient Tulum. The eco-friendly architecture of the hotel.
I liked so many things about it: that it is really in the middle of the nature and how it made me feel just one with the nature.
fabulously clean always by the maids! close to the beach and and all the fabulous restaurants/bars/boutiques and clubs!
Amazing staff, beautiful and private beach. Every meal was fantastic and reasonably priced for the quality.
