The hotel has a great location within Tehuacán city. It's easy to reach, the room was fantastic: super clean, confortable, with nice toiletries. The staff were helpful and both checking in and out we're seamless. The city it's totally worth the visit. It's safe, people are lovely (used to foreigner people and tourists), and it's also very lively.

It was exactly what we needed! Comfortable, quiet. Easy parking, easy to get to. After a full day out exploring the desert it was the perfect retreat. Staff were lovely. Just great!

The room was a good size and the bathroom bigger than I would have expected. The staff were really helpful, the place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. They also provided a bottle of water every day.

Location was far away from the city centre but ht enext day we located a colectivo to get us from and tot he place. Otherwise, taxis here are rather expensive. Pool was great.
