The view, all the room was comfortable

支払い の仕方 が わからず 戸惑っ たが, 質問 すると, 到着 後 に現金 払い する流れを 丁寧 に説明 してくれた 。場所は 高台に あり, 花が咲き乱れる 綺麗な 宿 だった。宿からは花の間から 遺跡が 見えてキレイ 。駐車場 も敷地内 にあり, 十分な 広さが あって よかった。

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was huge and very clean. The shower had hot water. We slept very well. We had the breakfast buffet which was also good, about $15 per person.

This is an absolute oasis in the hustle and bustle of Mexico. The staff are beyond accommodating and every interaction left us feeling comfortable, confident in their work, and relaxed. The heated pool was divine and the lovely gardens left us feeling truly serene.

The hotel is a nice, well-kept property. I booked a spacious loft with a comfortable bed, a small couch and a huge desk. My reservation included breakfast & options were tasty and varied. Like all Fiesta Inn hotels, they served Starbucks coffee on site, which I appreciated. Although staff were kind and tried their best to solve problems, they were not always efficient. The final price was reasonable too.

Really comfortable accommodation with good parking and restaurant and bar. The staff in particular I'm the restaurant and bar were very attentive. Comfortable rooms and also quiet considering it's location by the busy road. Ìt was easy to walk to the centre of Queretaro too in about 25 minutes.

Everything was excellent, the suite was huge, we loved it. The breakfast was very good as well.

I like the commodity of this hotel at downtown. I like the cleanness, the atmosphere, decoration, the amenities.

I loved that it's a complete experience. It had everything. A park in front, a great view, an incredible terrace, parking, amazing breakfast, and great value for money. I loved it. The staff is not genuanuily nice but they try to do a good job. The service is not great compared to other places in Mexico, but it's not bad either. The facilities in the bedroom are not well maintained like the carpet and some of the furniture, but it is not bad either. Overall I was extremely happy to have stayed in this place...

We used three One hotels 8 years ago and were very happy with them all.

Breakfast-SUPERB they are very attentive to each client, always removing the plates, and exceptional, the staff always friendly!

The check-in in process was very smoothly, everyone was very nice and front desk and the room was spacious, clean and confortable
