I liked it all. Great location, room was amazing, in general 9.4 out of ten.

Really noisy! Understandable was a fiesta weekend but regardless, lack of awareness on behalf of the staff, talking loud outside the room, making noises at early hours. Maybe the cleaning supplies should be kept outside the area, away from where ppl sleep? There was a real kind lady that worked there whose name was Rose. She helped me feed the street cats that were hungry outside, the only one. Bless her 🩷

The place, the staff and the experience itself. The rooms were beautiful, the spa is amazing. The food is really good, and the service by Ruben and Ramirez is exceptional.

The hotel is an old colonial house made in 1916. Looking great. Beautiful decoration.. lots of plants. Free coffee in the morning which I really appreciated because I'm an early riser.. Right in the center. Highly recommended.

We only booked here because of the Malcolm Lowry association and we weren't expecting much, but we loved it. The price for one thing, the location, the pool, the ambience. It's close to the center of town so great for walking out, and it's on a busy, gritty road, but inside the hotel grounds it's leafy and peaceful. The wifi worked fine in our room. The staff were casual and friendly. We loved the place.

The location is great, close to the center of the city, there is food nearby a church and easy to get uber or taxis there. The room was clean, and big, we also enjoyed the balcony very much. We did not use the pool , however did see it was used frequently. Hopefully next time we visit we can use their pool.

Close to Carhedral for wedding we attended.

We loved the pool! It was filled with beautiful, cool spring water! The entire family loved it! The room was large with a good sized family room, a full kitchen with refrigerator and a wonderful bathtub and shower! Overall the hotel was beautiful and had a great location. We will be back for sure!

The location is amazing, super close to the city centre;the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is amazing; Alejandro helped us with everything and he has such a sense of service.

Right next to Museo Morelense de Arte Contemporáneo Juan Soriano and very close to city center (10 mins walk). Incredibly sweet hosts (cheers to Carlos and his wife), and I felt safe during my stay as a solo female traveler. The hotel is actually very big, great option for big family groups.
