We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Laud! You’re right on the beach, just a short walk from the main town. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there’s water pressure in the shower (which can be hard to come by here)! Irma and Oscar are wonderful hosts who are so warm and welcoming and help make your stay comfortable. They have really worked hard to make this place a small haven in paradise. There’s a little spot near the water with hammocks and places to lounge in the shade. The rooftop is the perfect place to watch the sunrise/sunset or gaze at the stars at night. Wifi is good and the bed and pillows are cozy! Irma helped us set up a boat tour of the mangroves and a ride out to the ocean. You must try Irma’s cooking, it’s so good and feels like home! Just ask her for the menu. We would (and will!) come back every time we visit Chacahuua.

Where do I start? We glamped in a hut on the beach, which was absolutely amazing! Sleeping to the sound of pounding waves and star gazing with the Milky Way directly above us was off the charts! Property Hosts Noelli, Martin, and Manon are absolutely lovely, and their attention to detail, the incredibly delicious food, drinks, and service was excellent. We feel like family and were very sad to leave our little slice of paradise. Do not hesitate to book this place, you won't regret it! I can't wait to go back!

I've actually stayed at this property twice now. If that doesn't tell you how much I enjoyed my stay, I guess I'll continue. The location is right on the beach, allowing you to take in the sunrise over the ocean in the morning while sitting on the balcony patio. The staff was very kind and attentive. While it could be more pricey than some other options in the area, I found it's worth it.

The location of the hotel is right on spot, away from everything but a 10 min walk away. The rooftop pool is amazing and overall it's a very relaxing place. Gaya was the best hostess, very kind and very easy to communicate with.
