Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt luxurious throughout. The room was comfortable, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh, high-quality food—it was one of the highlights of our stay. The location was also perfect for exploring George Town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Had a great stay at WOW Hotel Penang! The location is excellent—close to popular attractions making it easy to explore George Town. The room is also clean and comfortable. I would happily stay here again!

Flamingo hotel’s location allows you to feel you are in different place to enjoy the sky, beach, sea and water front. Very quiet and clean, after renovations. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food from different cultures. The hotel was located in the old town a short walk from the ferry. Our room had a view of cruise ships. Good swimming pool

very satisfactory hotel. It has a unique character. The room, while not particularly large, was comfortable and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The location is great. The hotel also lovingly takes care of a very cute little cat (she's the darling of the place, everyone loves her). The staff are friendly. The lobby offers a common area for work meetings, which is quite nice.

The hotel's location is superb. Near to everything like restaurants and convenience stores. Street Art Penang is also from the hotel.

The room was spacious with a very nice sea view. The room had a separate coffee area with a mini fridge and sink. It also had a separate dining area.

It's a hidden gem, you wouldn't guess it from the outside. It's a friendly place if you go with family. The ground level has a nice small entrance and very 'instagramable'. The room is spacious, modern but has warm atmosphere. The noise from outside was still tolerable to my ears. The room is also equipped with small pantry, microwave, fridge, kettle, and cutlery set. The location is great, it is near to city's attractions. The staff, Saiful was very helpful. Komtar is just across the street, if you have kids, they would love it. It is also near to public bus terminal and malls.

Location is superb! Next to famous cendol, veg market, and street food. Walking distance to various food market in George Town, and 15 mins walk to Jetty. Close to everything.

Everything was great. Staff at reception were so helpful and all the staff were lovely. Breakfast was great value and complementary afternoon tea was very nice. Great location , hot showers , excellent rooms. Such good value for money. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants great value. Thank you
