Located in Praia do Tofo and accessible by stairs, Paradise Dunes offers free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen and seating area. A fridge and stovetop are also offered, as well as a kettle. We loved our stay at Paradise Dunes because of the beautiful view (we even saw humback wales from our balcony), the nice sunrise and the location. The staff were very helpful and kind. We were sad to leave and would come back any time.

I spent 4 nights in Casa do Mar and loved every minute of it. On arrival in Tofo one of local shop owners rang the hotel to tell them I had arrived and within minutes I was collected and brought to the hotel where I was warmly welcomed. I chose a sea view room which I would really recommend as it had a balcony and I was able to sit out and watch the world go by - including seeing whales from the balcony. My room was spotless - it had wifi, AC, and constant hot water. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and very generous and served on the 3rd floor balcony where you have a wonderful view of the sea (and whales) below. The outdoor communal area was a really nice area to relax by the pool either during the day or after coming back from the city in the evening. The honesty bar is also a nice touch. The location is excellent - in about one minute you are down on the beach and it takes about 5 minutes to cross the beach to get to 'Tofo centre' which, for its size, has some excellent bars/restaurants. All staff were pleasant, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Tofo is one of those uniquely special places you come across when travelling and I would recommend Casa do Mar for any stay - business or leisure and know that I will return there when I get the chance to return to Mozambique.
