The breakfast was awesome! You're given options to choose from the menu, and it was great. The restaurant service was excellent; the food was nice and served in a satisfying quantity. Generally, the hotel is clean with good facilities for maximum comfort. The hotel staff were super amazing – respectful, friendly, and diligent in their duties. I really look forward to another stay and saying hello to those wonderful staff, especially the front desk team; they were really amazing. Kudos to the restaurant for doing a great job with those tasty dishes.

The location, the staff , the security Team, the kitchen team The bar team, The cleaning team etc. The staff at the front Desk Are professional, they know what to do. Their food is very delicious . in fact, I like everything about the Hotel. The staffs are like one Big family. Working together as a team. Great team work . Above all, the hotel is very clean. The air-conditioning was great and there was light All the time.

Really nice hotel that surpassed all my expectations. I booked it because of location, and was very happy. Rooms are as pictured if not better, I had a deluxe my friend had the standard, both where nice. I stayed 3 nights. Everything was nice and smooth, checkin was easy, they did asK for ID. Rahman R attended to me at reception throughout, very polite, respectful and pleasant. I booked about a month in advance but never paid as the bank account was a personal moniepoint, they didnt take offence just said they understood and allowed pay on arrival They call the night before to ask about breakfast, choices are limited but more than enough. Often slow Im a woman and the guy the helped me to my room noted men in the hallway, he let me know they are housekeepers at the hotel to ease my mind, they where out of uniform. what you get is exactly if not better than what is ordered, Wifi worked!!! See you next time

We had a lovely stay at BKT Apartment. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place for our family. My family absolutely loved it and felt at home throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention the staff, Rejoice and Vincent, who were extremely helpful upon our arrival. They were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure everything was in place for us. Their support and attention made a great first impression and really enhanced our experience. Overall, the service was brilliant, and we would highly recommend BKT Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. We would happily return again.
