An Oasis! We loved our stay at Catalinas and Antonio’s beautiful lodge. It’s a very nice atmosphere, the pool area is amazing and shady and the pool very clean. Also the food was delicious. Cooked with love and fresh ingredients. We stayed in one house up- and downstairs with the family. The rooms where special with the round design and decorated lovely. Warm water, AC, all functioned well. You can choose between different options for the included breakfast. Also they have very tasty selfmade bread and banana bread. We will definitely come back.

It’s a true beachfront hotel, and my room on the first floor had a pool view — but I could also see the ocean, which was an amazing surprise. Yes, it’s one of the more expensive hotels in Las Peñitas, but absolutely worth it in my opinion. I chose it for the direct beach access — just a few steps and you’re on the sand. Everything worked smoothly, even the food and drink invoices were accurate and easily split between our rooms. I can definitely recommend this place.

A very cozy and welcoming beachfront guesthouse where you immediately feel at home. The rooms are comfortable, the courtyard with hammocks is beautiful, and having a shared kitchen — including the option to cook outside — makes the stay very relaxed. What truly sets this place apart is the owner’s strong commitment to animal welfare. She supports vaccination and sterilization campaigns for street dogs, helps local animals access veterinary care, and is also actively involved in protecting sea turtles in the area. The guesthouse is clearly animal-friendly, with dogs and cats around. A wonderful place for anyone who values coziness, kindness, and respect for animals. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay here, the staff and volunteers are really friendly and helpful and we felt very welcomed instantly. The kitchen is very well equipped and the area is beautiful and quiet. Thanks guys!
