Location, friendly and helpful staff. We had a charming room with exposed beams under the rooftop with magnificent view on the Hof, church and musical clock. There is no elevator (which was not a problem for us) but the staff helped carrying our suitcases.

Friendly staff. There were a few vending machines so you could buy food/drinks when the bar/restaurant was closed. I had to get up extremely early the next morning and staff made me a take away breakfast, which I appreciated.

We were lucky to have the room number 1 and it was wonderful, surprisingly quiet considering we were just below the pub. Of course we could hear the party sounds, but it didnt last very long, and it is to be expected when sleeping in a city center. The staff was absolutely charming, bed and pillows confortable. An incredible good value hostel in a lovely city.
