Actually, Staffs are not helping. The shampoo is running out, they don't give a new one next to the pool. After check out I needed a dryer for my son's hair They didn't give me a hair dryer. At 6 pm they switch off the coffee machine and remove the tea from the desk. Also After breakfast, they removed again coffee and Tea again. When I told them about coffee, the old lady with red hair and glasses was very rude and scolded. If someone asks me about their hotel, I will tell them about my experiences.

Cycling through the beautiful forests and lovely surroundings, with stops in Lage Vuursche, for example, and Baarn town center (the square near the church) with its cozy terraces. We'd gone for a long walk, but you still have to get back! (It was already getting dark by then). We simply took the bus from Lage Vuursche on the way back. (It was the last bus!) Crossing the road to the hotel was a bit tricky (busy road).

The hotel met our expectations, although the room was a bit small for us. I wouldn't recommend it for more than two days. The restaurant was rather business-like, and the vegetables at dinner were too hard to chew. I don't think this is ideal for older people, although the service here is excellent.

Everything was incredibly well organized, despite the coronavirus pandemic. A truly top-notch hotel with a great location. I think the management is excellent. Friendly, too. The cleanliness of the room and pool could be better, but I'm sure they'll address it immediately. I've visited many hotels, but this one stands out, especially in terms of price and quality. A big thumbs up from the hospitality industry.

Beautiful location set in woodland and gardens. The restaurant and bar were attractive and serving good food. Complimentary tea/coffee was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were warm, spacious and very comfortable. Bike hire was ideal in the location, and we cycled to nearby villages and Soest dunes. Was easy to get there by train from Schipol airport to Hilversum Sportpark, and then by bus directly to the hotel.

We spent just one night at the hotel for our little friends getaway, however, it was amazing. Very lovely hotel, situated in the middle of a forest with great connections to Utrecht. Many options offered from the hotel for example bike rent, sauna, swimming pool and what an amazing breakfast! The staff was amazingly friendly. Will definitely come back!

Lovely looking property with nice grounds. View from the room was nice to overlook nature. The restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast was also nice. Hotel’s general areas were modern and clean. I liked the coffee machines, the coffee was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Parking is free.
