A very bad stay. We booked three rooms, but upon arrival they told us there were only two available. The rooms weren't ready for us, and we waited for over an hour. They handed us rooms that weren't clean, and there was no key to the room, so we couldn't put our belongings in. We haven't received our money back yet. There was a bottle under the bed, insects on the mattress, and urine all over the toilet. I took pictures of everything because of the disgusting conditions.
