This hotel is stunning. It is right on a canal and has beautiful views. The main part of the hotel is wonderful with nice sitting areas and fireplace, a bar, and a fabulous breakfast. Our bedroom was large, beautiful and just so good. The most comfortable bed, a great bathroom. The hotel is in a lovely area and a close walk to the beauty of Delft.

Everything was exceptional! We arrived and the hotel had parking on the premises. The hotel is beautiful and has a stunning large garden. The room was renovated with a more modern feel but original parts of the structure were preserved e.g large wooden beams which really gave the hotel character. We had a beautiful view over a lake. The staff provided the best customer service I have experienced in my whole life. Everything from greeting us on arrival to serving the food. We celebrated our civil ceremony at this hotel and the private dining room was stunning and perfect for the occasion. The food was incredible and one member of our party said it was the best meal he had in his entire life. It was truly an experience. We had a champagne reception and a 5 course taster menu - everything was exceptional. The wine was also incredible. The real star of the show though was our server who was so attentive. The breakfast the next morning was also incredible. I would really recommend to treat your self to the bigegr selection option. We were all blown away. We couldnt recommend this place more and we will definitely come back. We now recommend this place to everyone we know.

Staff were extremely friendly, hotel was very spacious and clean, and looked amazing. Felt a bit underdressed as it looked to be more upper-class than what we're used to, but we really liked it, and both staff and guests were quite chatty. The room we had was an accessible room as my Mum was in a wheelchair, and we had no problems with space. The room was more than adequate for our needs, the bathroom had rails either side of the toilet and a folding seat for the shower, which was handy. The beds were profile beds as well, so if you have respiratory or circulation issues and need to sleep in a certain position, these will help.
