My children told me that it is the house from their dreams. It is tiny, but inside is everything you can need, even more. I wish someday I will spend a few days here with my husband. As I ordered I wasn’t aware of that if was literally inside the fortress, so that was a nice surprise to me. Beautiful place, quiet and this part of Kongsvinger was a unknown gem to me. Please take the time to explore the place and the walls that surrounds the fortress, it’s also stalactites to find, and museum summertime. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are glass boxes and I assume it’s like that to meet the limits it must be to create a hotel inside an old place.
