The location, Foods, if you have an early flight or arrived late this location is perfect. Our room was with breakfast included but we cant make it since our flightwas 6 in the morning, and they offered to pack , a packlunch for us,

Easier to do everything at the hotel, but also the staff was helpful and very friendly. The facilities are amazing, we used the gym, sauna and outside jacuzzi, where there are towels available. The bed was extremely comfortable and amazing.

Lovely staff, comfy bed, great location. Close to the city centre which is available by ferry (free), bus or tram in 15 minutes. Breakfast was really great, huge selection of food! :) We spent 2 nights here, we really enjoyed it! Will definitely return.

Friendly, clean, good breakfast

One of those hotels we wished to have stayed longer in. Its like entering a different world, very well designed and the staff were beyond wonderful. The rooms were so nice and comftable and very clean. Breakfast was so good!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, able to store bags, didn't have to check out until noon. Loved the jacuzzi & sauna, also had excellent changing facilities. Well situated, only 20 minute walk from the bus station.

The stay was amaizing. We had so much fun there is many things to do in the hotel. So sad to leave😢

The facilities and staff were great.

I received help the staff in the dining room and at the front desk. I walk with a cane and find it difficult to carry items from the buffet to my table but each morning a waitress carried the tray to my table and brought coffee to me over at my table. The staff ar the front desk called to wake me each morning and helped me with my luggage. Hotel Flora felt like a home.

Overall great hotel for exploring Goteborg! Staff were very nice and accommodating, especially; Patrik during CI, Simon at CO - very professional and attentive and brown-haired lady with her bubby approach from the restaurant/bar. She also spoke great english, but unfortunately I did not saw her name. Housekeeping staff were also great, they've provided service with a big smile. Security staff by the main door polite and professional. Room was spotlessly clean and although modern, so practical with plenty of shelves and storage spaces.

Boutique Parisian feel, great location and services. Restaurant is outstanding (the bar less so) and great staff.

We stayed for 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. The place is great in terms of location, ambience and hospitality. It is clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff were courteous, helpful, and very responsive. The breakfast were good and have a wide variety of choices. Definitely value for money. Highly recommended for those visiting Gothenburg.

very close to the central train/bus station and shopping district, but not on a crowded, noisy street. it was very clam and quiet. breakfast was superb! wifi was working fine. spacious room. friendly staff.

Very warm atmosphere staff very helpful. Rooms small but cosy and ornate period furniture. Very quiet considering the location next to tram and central station. Breakfast was amazing.
