Very beautiful and connected to nature

The hotel had everything, comfortable rooms, nice balconies, friendly staff, free sauna (+ access to the lake for cold plunges), bar/restaurant that serves meals throughout the day. Location was very good, as the area is pretty remote you are in a central place to walk around, explore and take pictures.

Olivier is a great host and offers some interesting extra expertise :)! The house rules are clear, everything is really ecological and clean and the living room holds the capacity for all house guests well enough.

Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team, Good morning, I am writing to formally report a serious and concerning incident that occurred today at the property we booked through your platform. While opening the shower door during normal use, the glass shower door suddenly detached from its hinge and fell, shattering on the bathroom floor. No unusual force was applied, and the door appeared to come loose on its own. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the situation was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in serious harm. We immediately informed the landlord of the incident. I am now reporting this to Booking.com as the issue appears to be related to a maintenance or safety failure, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of the condition of the property listed on your platform. A very nice and modern room with a fantastic view. We were looking for a quiet place where we could chase the northern lights avoiding Tromso lights.
