We stayed 14 nights in Northern Norway (Tromso and Lofoten), and this was by far the most beautiful accomodation. The restaurant and relaxation room are lovely, I enjoyed looking the huge windows and reading. We also used the yoga room (it also has huge windows). The food was so delicious, we would eat there anytime. We fully recommand this place, as it has a serene vibe.

The location is good, the place is picturesque, the view of the mountains from the window is very beautiful. The best breakfast I had on this trip, a lot of choice and everything very tasty.

Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team, Good morning, I am writing to formally report a serious and concerning incident that occurred today at the property we booked through your platform. While opening the shower door during normal use, the glass shower door suddenly detached from its hinge and fell, shattering on the bathroom floor. No unusual force was applied, and the door appeared to come loose on its own. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the situation was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in serious harm. We immediately informed the landlord of the incident. I am now reporting this to Booking.com as the issue appears to be related to a maintenance or safety failure, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of the condition of the property listed on your platform. House of Ellie was fantastic. It is located at the end of a fjord so the anpartment and bedroom window looks across the fjord. We were there for almost midnight sun and Ellie set up chairs for us outside when we arrived. Spectacular views. It’s also located next to our favourite Tromso cafe. The room was very clean, extremely comfortable and had a fridge. Ellie was so helpful and very responsive to messages. We liked it so much that we’ve booked again for our return to Tromso in a few weeks.

The property is well equipped, clean, welcoming, and has everything you could want, all set in a dreamlike natural setting. The owner was extremely welcoming. He asked us frequently if we needed anything else, even though he had already provided us with everything we required.
