The hotel is situated in a quiet area of the island just by the sea with the most wonderful sunrise view. Breakfast was excellent and so was the dinner which I highly recommend if one wanted to experience the local cuisine. The room was clean and cozy and the personnel were very welcoming and warm. Perfect stay for chasing Aurora Borealis as the hotel is located outside of the town's noise and interference.

Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team, Good morning, I am writing to formally report a serious and concerning incident that occurred today at the property we booked through your platform. While opening the shower door during normal use, the glass shower door suddenly detached from its hinge and fell, shattering on the bathroom floor. No unusual force was applied, and the door appeared to come loose on its own. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the situation was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in serious harm. We immediately informed the landlord of the incident. I am now reporting this to Booking.com as the issue appears to be related to a maintenance or safety failure, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of the condition of the property listed on your platform.
