Most beautiful place on earth. We went here just after Christmas to enjoy a peaceful new-year, and it was nothing less than perfect.

Senja has blown our minds! Such a beautiful place. We were the only guests staying there but still the owner (or maybe not the owner but the one who has made us feel so welcome) made sure that everything was taken care of. He cooked the meals himself (delicous!) and showed us the Norwegian way of life. Also he had the best tips for spotting the Nothern Lights and even got out the come find us one evening when the Northern Lights were so clearly visible in all their colours; one night to remember (i'm even getting emtional while writing this, an absolute bucket list moment). The setting of Senja Fjordhotell is absolutely great en idyllic.

Owner of aparmtent live upstairs . Everything was perfect and cheap. 1 big bed in separate room, 1 couch for 2 extra people , 2 toilets, shower ,kitchen. Everything New and comfortable. After 10 days around lofoten it was deserved relax. Owners are very nice, helpful .

It was in a small village with not a lot of light pollution, so the northern lights were amazing from the balcony! We could even hear the ice singing from the lake right in front of the house.
