A warm welcome from Monica on arrival and she was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were spotless and in very good condition. Superb evening meal in the restaurant and excellent service from Liudvika who had a great sense of humour. Breakfast was really good also.

We stayed in the main part of the hotel, which used to be a shipping office. The room was big with lots of windows and natural light (but just looked over buildings). Furnishings were in an older style, more in keeping with the 'shipping office' feel. There are many maps, photos and models of ships around the hotel.
