The location of the property is stunning, overlooking the Fjord. It has excellent free parking, is spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped, very nicely decorated and a short drive to town for food shopping and petrol. The owner is delightful and communication excellent.

This family-run hotel is in Balestrand, by the Sogne Fjord. It has a large garden, a private sauna and beach, and panoramic fjord views. Each guest room includes a private bathroom.

The bed was amazing, the ocean view from the room really beautiful and the vibe in the lobby hip and cool - loved it! The lady who was at work when I arrived late at night, Sofia, was out of this world. In the last 35 years I have travel a lot in and stay in hotels in about 50 countries, she was, by far, the most polite, kind and amazing worker I ever meet at a hotel. Her smile, conversation skills and spirit made my tiredness of a 12 hour working day disappear in seconds. Will stay here for sure next time I’m in the area!

Marcin is a very friendly host. The appartment has everything you need and is very clean. There is a parking spot next to the apartment available. The environment is very beautiful and Marcin has a lot of tips for activities to do in the area. The ferry is also nearby, which makes it easy to travel through the fjords. Definitely worth a visit!
