They are true professional and very well trained, the quality of the staff doesn't depend on who you speak to, they all offer the most highest service standards. It is very rare to see this. Restaurant is great, fine food. Breakfast is à la carte and you can order anything you want, it is all included in the standard breakfast fee: so good !
