Aivan upealla paikalla ylhäällä rinteellä, josta näkymä vuonolle ja vuoristoon. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen mukavaan oleskeluun. Uima-allas oli upea. Lyhyt ajomatka kauppoihin ja ravintoloihin sekä aktiviteetteihin. Omistaja oli erittäin ystävällinen ja auttavainen.
