It is like an oasis! Definitely a place to stay if you visit Ocean Road. We were one of those oldest houses on the island and it was really comfy and beautiful. There is an excellent restaurant on the island and a Viking ship museum. Quiet place to relax and kids found this place adorable. And free parking near the harbor, to go free boat to the island.

This is a stunning architectural wonder. The house is very traditional on the outside, but amazingly modern on the inside. The renovation used top of the line appliances, plumbing fixtures, and materials. The kitchen and the supplies are top class, and frankly set a very high standard. Great location, very beautiful old house with its history. The host is welcoming,. helpful and kind. Incredibly huge and magnificently comfortable round bed :). Big but cosy living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary suppliers and crockery. Highly recommend.
