What a stand out. The farmhouse was built in the early part of last century and has lost none of its charm desipite the modern conveniences. The bedroom was large, beautifully presented, and the bed made us melt away. Warm and cosy for the night. Our host was charming and drew the guests together in the most amazing breakfast. This must NOT be missed. Home produce and local delicacies, with good converstaion from the four nationalities present. A return visit would be a must if we can get back to Norway...

The owner Berit was so kind and helpful. The property has amazing and breathtaking views through the dinning room and the outdoor seating area. We enjoyed watching the Northern Lights for 2 consecutive nights from the comfort of the terrace. Driving to and from Stranda is less than 10 minutes. The property is nicely decorated, shiny clean, very neat and perfectly equipped. We would like to stay there again any time we visit Stranda in the future.

This is an absolutely amazing place. The best one that I slept durinig my 2-week trip to Norway. Do not hesitate - book it. The comfortable, clean, well equipped place with great climate and atmosphere. Located in the cute town. I hope to visit it again some time.

Location of the property offered the most amazing views of the mountains, at night absolutely stunning. Customer service from local team was great, after an unavoidable issue arose they had a maintenance person arrive quickly and when they were notified that water had to be turned off for repair we were transferred to an alternative house within an hour for the rest of our stay - new property was AMAZING

A true gem I found while driving through fjords. This is an independent from the main house flat arranged in Scandinavian style. It has all you need plus a view on the river and fjord. I wished I could have stayed here longer. Stranda is a nice village.

When you are visiting Geiranger, you need to reach Stranda...

When you are visiting Geiranger, you need to reach Stranda through a ferry and the times for the ferry are not good. They have a ferry once a hour in the evenings and you will end up wait for an hour sometimes when you miss the previous one

For us Stranda was a point of sleeping over, while doing...

For us Stranda was a point of sleeping over, while doing tours in the area. There was 2 options of restaurants, so it was possible to get a dinner. Did not see much of Stranda in daytime - but they perhaps could have done some more of being the city of the Grandiosa Pizza and the well konwn Stranda Ham.

All the things are fantastic when we finally reached the place and Marit waited for us till late night. She's very warmful to guide us the room tour and with a lovely dog. Especially for stuffs in kitchen are impeccable🤗🤗 Will highly recommend to others to Stranda stay😄

It was fantastic to stay there. Will defently stay there again. Lovely place and comfortable. The location is perfect if you want to visit Geiranger and Alesund. Stranda is a very beatiful place. The price is very good
