The position of the hotel meant that the view was gorgeous. It was very chilled there and we met lots of very happy guests. You can hire a sauna spot on the fjordside and jump in after! Very cheery, friendly and helpful staff and they gave us linked rooms so we could all be together which was great. Breakfast was very good and looking out over the fjord a wonderful experience... !!

The location is extraordinary, right in front of the water with an incredible view of the fjord. Despite showing its age as an old hotel, it is well-maintained and retains a charm from times past. And for the price, having breakfast included is truly impressive. On our next visit, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
