I booked a room for my elderly father who traveled on his own to Pokhara. From early on, communication with Mr. Surya, the owner of the guest house has been smooth; i.e arranging room on the ground floor, checking his bus arrival in Pokhara, bust cost from terminal to the guest house, while I stayed in KTM for conference. My father felt at home while staying there, being taken care of by Mr. Surya and the family. Room was comfortable, breakfast big portion. Super super recommended.

The room is spacious and comfy. The garden is pretty and you can look the snow mountain on the rooftop :D (if the weather is good) most importantly the owner here is so helpful and nice, although his face always look grumpy, but his heart is nice! whenever I arrive hotel, he would come to greet me and offer help for me! 10/10 here!

We recently stayed at Indralok Hotel and Sky Garden near Begnas Lake, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to both Begnas Lake and another nearby lake. The owners offer exceptional service, and you can really feel the heart and care they put into every detail. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, and the hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and highly recommended for anyone visiting the area or Pokhara who wants some time outside the city. We originally planned to stay for just one night but ended up staying several more because it was so hard to leave the place and its wonderful people. Without a doubt, we'll be back as there's still so much to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cleanliness of room bathroom n lenin provided Services provided by owner Mr Mahesh in arranging tickets for local visit, Mukthinath n to Khatmandu Wifi is good Checkin was super good at odd hours also. Very near to bus bay n walkable to Prudhvi Chowk. No of eating option are many including indian n indian veg I recommend this Thank you Mr. Mahesh

The staff were polite people,always ready to help . I met the owner of the hotel both husband and wife , they are kind people as well, jokingly I asked her to offer me 3 days to stay freely in her hotel but she replied that she can allow me for one day. It was a truly great stay and absolutely worth the price. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning mountain views (Annapurna, Fishtail and many more) from every room. The surroundings are peaceful and very well maintained. Devendra, Sachin and Sherpa were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The entire restaurant staff was wonderful, especially Ram, who took great care of us. We celebrated my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team arranged everything perfectly, it was really thoughtful and much appreciated. The spa lady was also very kind at all times. One very important highlight is the shuttle service. Although the resort is a bit away from the city, they provide a complimentary shuttle to and from Lakeside, Pokhara, three times a day. This was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of money.

The hotel is convinietly located by Pokhara Lake. The rooms were clean, of a decent size, and equipped with everything we needed for our two-night stay after trekking in the mountains. I can’t think of anything to complain about. The hotel rooms rooms are inside a beautuful, green and quiet garden. The breakfast was nice with a decent variety of food.
