Host was very helpful, room was luxurious, breakfast excellent and private parking was easy. Bed was very comfortable, as was sitting area in room. Shower was gorgeous (I loved the tiles on the shower floor) and water nice and hot. Breakfast was made to order and included many options. The grounds were beautiful — really a top notch accommodation. We will be back!

Hotel was interesting and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but had everything you need in a lovely setting. Beds were comfortable and shower was great.

This is a wonderful, historic building in the heart off the Victoria. Section of Oamaru. While the room was small, we had the run of the upstairs lounge for most of our stay. Sahil and his staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a brand new microwave for us to use. There is a shared kitchen where I we prepared meals. The hotel’s roast beef Sunday dinner is highly recommended. We even saw penguins out of the bathroom window!
