Reilusti tilaa, valoisa, hyvä keittiö ja tarpeellinen määrä astioita. Kahvia varten sai vastaanotosta maitopullon. Hyvin pysäköintipaikkoja hotellin edustalla sisäpihalla. Oikein kiva huoneisto. Huoneistomme oli 2. kerroksessa eikä rakennuksessa ole hissiä mutta se ei meitä haitannut.

Mukava motelli kävelymatkan päässä Timarun keskustasta. Motellin edessä on Carolina Bay jossa mm. uimaranta ja ruusutarha. Huone oli siisti, ilmastointi ja vaikka edessä on vilkkaasti liikennöity SH 1, ikkunat ovat hyvin ääniä eristävät. Mukavat vuoteet ja ystävällinen palvelu.
