The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We loved our room because it was spacious, had a great view of the city and we were lucky enough to be on the top floor. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and had a spectacular meal. The staff was extremely attentive and helped with recommendations. The bathroom in our room was very clean and the water pressure was great, It was our honeymoon and the team even had a surprise desert plate waiting for us in our room and gave us a free upgrade! It was wonderful

We had visited Wellington on many previous occasions, we knew the general area and used trains, ferries and buses for out of town sightseeing purposes.
