Els responsables de la recepció van ser molt amables. L’habitació estava neta com una patena, tot i que el mobiliari és senzill i està una mica envellit. La relació qualitat-preu és bona, les opcions de Sur tampoc són massa diversificades. Les tovalloles i els llençols estaven molt nets. L’habitació té aire acondicionat i un ventilador. L’hotel està a 10 minuts caminant de l’estació de busos i això ens ho va fer molt còmode. El dia de marxar ens van permetre allargar el check out més d’una hora per poder esperar dins l’habitació l’hora que marxava el bus.
