The apartment was new, very clean, and had super comfortable beds. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the old town and the market. They also have a garden, which unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to use. We would definitely stay here again.

The charm of the hotel and the sorrounding properties was amazing. Hussain from house keeping/reservation was excellent and even went out of his way to guide us so we did not get lost. The Halwa, Omani Coffee and Dates at check-in/check-out was a lovely touch. Close proximity to the Nizwa Fort, Souq and Mosques.

The place was really nice, quiet and big enough. We’ve had a shared bathroom with one more room but it was ok for us. It’s around 5 minutes walking to the market and fort. We’ve had unlimited bottles of water, fruits and also dates to take. The owner was very nice and helpful, arranged for us the whole day trip to Jebel Shams with the picnic in the view point and we loved this trip. Thank you once again Mohamed. I really recommend this place! Such an amazing experience.
