The apartment was new, very clean, and had super comfortable beds. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the old town and the market. They also have a garden, which unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel LAvenue is a perfect small hotel in the center of Nizwa. Everything is new, tidy, and clean, and the staff are wonderfully kind — not pretending to be polite but genuinely warm and sincere. All the heartfelt hospitality that has disappeared in Europe still exists here. The hotel offers luggage transport from the large and free parking area nearby, which is an additional plus. The room has everything you need, and after check-in, we were offered cookies and coffee. It’s hard to find this level of service and quality for the price of a night at Hotel LAvenue. Special praise goes to the young and very polite receptionist.
