We stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Nizwa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very nice and welcoming and will do anything to ensure you have a great stay. We loved the building, it’s new yet has an authentic feel to it and still undergoing some renovations however this didn’t impact our stay at all. The room and bathroom was spotless with bedsheets and towels smelling nice and fresh too. The beds were very comfy and we slept perfectly. Big spacious room with a good aircon. Outside there is a garden area, a private drive for cars to park and an upstairs terrace with nice views of the sunset sky. The location is perfect, quiet and calm yet still only 5 minutes away from the fort and touristic areas. If I am ever back in Nizwa I would definitely stay here again.

The charm of the hotel and the sorrounding properties was amazing. Hussain from house keeping/reservation was excellent and even went out of his way to guide us so we did not get lost. The Halwa, Omani Coffee and Dates at check-in/check-out was a lovely touch. Close proximity to the Nizwa Fort, Souq and Mosques.

The location overlooking the fort and next to the souqs is really unrivaled in Nizwa (we had the room with the view on the first picture). The hotel and the room were clean, everyone very helpful and kind, the bed was comfortable, the size of the room OK for 2 persons, only the shower was a bit strange because it also flooded the toilet, but this seems to be common in Oman (we had the same thing in another hotel there). Also the restaurant on the roof top (not belonging to the hotel) with a stunning view over the old town and the fort is hard to beat, our breakfasts and dinners there with the sunset were really unforgettable. So if you prefer to stay in the - little bit busy and noisy - beating heart of the old town of Nizwa, this is the hotel to book. It is somewhat difficult to park in front of the hotel as there are very few parking spaces, but the large public parking is very close by.
