Santhosh was so lovely and accommodating! He went above and beyond for me and even helped me with some car problems which was very nice of him. The rooms were big and spacious, with very good A/C and a strong fan. The bathroom was nice and clean as well. I liked that the property has a courtyard to sit and relax in as well as a pool. The small kitchen was perfect for keeping my water bottles cold and had everything you needed. The hotel is also located near both Wadi Shad and Wadi Tiwi which was perfect. There were a few nice restaurants nearby as well as a nice beach. I had a great short stay here!

Amazing experience at Nomad, Tiwi (Oman) I had a fantastic stay at Nomad inn Tiwi. Everything was perfect from the start — the natural surroundings are beautiful, the accommodation is well-maintained, and every detail made me feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was definitely a highlight: fresh, delicious, and with great local options. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which really made the experience even better. I’d love to come back one day. Highly recommended if you’re looking for peace, great food, and an authentic experience in Oman!

Would highly recommend this place! The apartment is so lovely and comfortable. On one side, you are only five minutes walking from a nice little beach and the entrance to Wadi Shab, and on the other side you're about a 10-15 minute walking from the pristine Tiwi beach. The check in process was quick and easy and there's lot's of free parking. The host was very responsive when we had any questions. At the entrance to Wadi Shab, there was a nice little restaurant that opened early so we had a nice breakfast very nearby as well.

Tiwi has some great restaurants.

Tiwi has some great restaurants. It is a good place to stay if you want to hike to some Wadis, especially Wadi Shab. This is problably the most famous Wadi (for a good reason, the cave with the hidden waterfall is stunning!), but therefore it gets very crowdy during the day. Staying in Tiwi and starting the hike around 7/7:30 am is perfect. Tiwi is also great for walking along the shore in the evening. Be aware that Tiwi is still evolving and there are some constructions going on. This will definitly be a tourist hot spot in the next years.
