Location, price, reception staff

Everything was perfect, exactly as pictured. The place and furnishings are brand new and inviting. I highly recommend it. It's located near Nizwa Fort, a short walk away, and features a back garden with palm trees and stunning views. There's a bathtub and a small but very functional bathroom.

This hotel was wonderful. The hotel staff are the most friendly and smiling people. The suite was huge, spacious and had a cosy feel to it. We had a wonderful view over Nizwa town and could see the fort from our room. The bedroom was enormous and had nice storage facilities for our clothes and a comfortable seating area in the room. The bed was very big and comfortable. It was easy to adjust the temperature. The bathroom was big and we loved that there was a sink outside to use as well, so you didn't get wet feet. It's very easy to park in front of the hotel and it's only a 10 minute walk away from the Friday goat market. We hope to visit this hotel again.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Nizwa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very nice and welcoming and will do anything to ensure you have a great stay. We loved the building, it’s new yet has an authentic feel to it and still undergoing some renovations however this didn’t impact our stay at all. The room and bathroom was spotless with bedsheets and towels smelling nice and fresh too. The beds were very comfy and we slept perfectly. Big spacious room with a good aircon. Outside there is a garden area, a private drive for cars to park and an upstairs terrace with nice views of the sunset sky. The location is perfect, quiet and calm yet still only 5 minutes away from the fort and touristic areas. If I am ever back in Nizwa I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly personnel, always happy to assist, special thanks to Charles. Tasty breakfast, good choice of dishes.

Staying at the riad was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Oman. The place has an incredibly peaceful and friendly vibe ,it truly feels like home. Zita is an amazing host, always ready to help and radiating positive energy.

The location was incredible - right across from the entrance to the historic Nizwa fort.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room to suite without any cost. Thanks to hotel management and staff.

The lady at the reception was so helpful and able to find a solution for all of our requests. Great service! Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast options.

Nice stay We had a great time in manazil inn, the place is being refurbished whilst maintaining the old character but provides modern needs. The room is spacious and cozy, very beautifully decorated. Location is very convenient and staff are helpful.
