The hotel is great. You first enter a beautiful green courtyard and then step into the main house. It is very comfortably furnished, and the room was spacious, the bathroom newly renovated, and the bed perfect. Breakfast was delicious and varied — fresh bread, fresh fruit, cheese, and an avocado — and there could have been even more. Yes, it’s not located right in the city center, but it’s easily reachable on foot without any problem. Most importantly, though, is the warmth of the people who run it — from young to old. This kind of genuine care and true hospitality is something special and rare to find. We found it here and are happy that we could be guests. Oh, and we would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located within walking distance between the collectivo location and the archeological site. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets given the cold nights. Hot showers were available. Our room faced the courtyard making for the quietest hotel stay in over 5 months of travel through Colombia and Peru. Some may find the elevation challenging, but it was worth it. Plus, a weaving collective with quality products was nearby.

We ate both breakfast and dinner at Sky Dome. All the food was excellent and home-cooked. The owners also showed us (because we had ordered some) how to make Pisco Sour correctly - not in a mixer like in almost all resaurants. Best Pisco Sour we have ever tasted!

This establishment brought breakfast to my room's floor level !!! It was as deliciously satisfying as it was so thoughtfully prepared. The view from the hotel of the mountais surrounding Chincherro is spectacular and made every morning's adventure a breathtaking experience in this beautiful little town. The hostess, Elizabeth, made me feel so much at home, it's difficult to think of my stay as something outside of having been spent with a beautiful family.

I love Casa Cristobal! I frequently travel to Cusco and Casa Cristobal is always my #1 option. Staff is super friendly and kind, always ready to help you. Breakfast is delicious; they offer gourmet options and you can choose a different one each day. Facilities are beautiful; an old colonial house which have been transformed. Their rooms are super comfortable, cozy and well decorated. And their location is amazing; just a 5-minutes walk from the main square (plaza de armas), San Pedro market, and all kinds of restaurants, shops, pharmacies and more, but located in a quiet street where you won't feel any noise from the outside. I recommend this stay to anyone!
