Staff was extremely helpful, Luis Zuniga helped me a lot and saved me as I struggled with altitude sickness. Everyone was extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and had medical staff readily available. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

The decor is nice and stylish, and the rooms are very clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially in their flexibility and willingness to accommodate meal arrangements when our itinerary changed unexpectedly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cusco.

We had a perfect stay and the hosts Ruth & Antonio are really hospitable. Antonio brought us a heater and cup of hot chocolate for a cold night. Ruth prepped tasty breakfast! We would definitely come back!

We loved this hotel in a beautiful old building a few minutes away from the village square. It felt calm, quiet and safe, and we especially appreciated the fact that the owner offered to cook us supper the evening we arrived. She really went out of her way to make us comfortable, parking the car in a safe space, feeding us and so on. We are very grateful for her warmth and hospitality - thank you!
