A perfect place to gently begin your journey in Peru, especially if you are preparing for an ayahuasca retreat. The ecolodge offers exactly what many people need before entering a deeper process: peace, routine, nature, and a warm, supportive environment. The staff are incredibly kind, open-minded, and genuinely care about their guests. You can feel the love and attention they put into everything they do. One of the things we appreciated most was the freshly prepared food every day, carefully adapted to our dietary wishes and retreat preparation. Nothing was too much to ask, and everything was prepared with great care. There is a beautiful sense of connection here, both with the people who work at the lodge and with fellow guests. We felt welcomed, seen, and cared for from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful stay and are deeply grateful for the amazing care, kindness, and hospitality we received. Alsof ik bij familie verbleef. Het verblijf bij Amaca Station was geweldig. Ben en Cynthia doen er alles aan om jou welkom te laten voelen. De omgeving is prachtig, en de maloca's zijn ruim en schoon. Als vrouw alleen op reis, heb ik me geen enkel moment onveilig gevoeld. Ben heeft mountainbikes ter beschikking die je ieder moment van de dag kunt pakken. Ik heb prachtige fietstochten gemaakt naar de lagoons. Er is een supermarktje in de buurt waar je naar toe kunt wandelen. Ondanks dat alle faciliteiten geweldig waren, was het de host die mijn verblijf onvergetelijk heeft gemaakt.
