We stayed here for just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The house is located up on a hill and offers a very beautiful view. The room was large, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The host, Tetumanaiva, was absolutely amazing. Our flight arrived very late at night, and she kindly picked us up from the airport. The next day, she helped us again with transportation to the ferry and assisted us with our luggage. Since we didn’t know anything about the area, her help was incredibly valuable and made everything much easier for us. The accommodation also has very friendly cats — we met one of them and it was lovely. I highly recommend this place. It is only about 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the ferry. A big thank you to the host for all the help and kindness! 🌺

Everything especially the delightful owners we had a 3 am departure and just needed somewhere post cruise to relax for a few hours. The owners are super helpful and I recommend contacting them re pick up and drop off .

Everything was comfortable and clean. There’s a cute little outdoor kitchen. Karim put nice touches like little chocolate bars and toiletries. Communication was excellent and check in was seamless. Great location, close to town, yet set back from the noise and with stunning views. Highly recommend!

I made a late evening reservation due to a last minute...

I made a late evening reservation due to a last minute change in my travel plans after arriving at the Tahiti airport. I needed an overnight stay and was lucky I found such a good accommodation for which the host Wilfred made even better as we discussed visiting nearby Moorea island and the two ferry options to get there (select the white boat 😊). He showed me around the outdoor lounge and kitchen area adjacent to the pool. The area has a great view of the sky and ocean since the LODGE sits atop hills. The personal touches are things one would not receive at a standard hotel. I’d definitely recommend the LODGE to others.

A short taxi ride from downturns and the airport but our hosts made all our bookings and shops and a market were a 10 minute walk down the hill. It can be a little hot walking in Tahiti. Traffic chaotic if you come from a quiet location.

Very hard to locate the actual apartment as there are no signs and the name appears to be wrong. Lucky for us to find a lovely generous occupant who helped us into our studio apartment. Fair walk to the shops due to the property being so high up the hill but the views from our balcony was fabulous. The swimming pool was a very big plus.

When we arrived from the States, we took a taxi to Pepeete...

When we arrived from the States, we took a taxi to Pepeete for proximity to the ferry terminal (we were headed to Moorea next day). Flying back from another island in FP a few weeks later, we stayed in Faaa since we would be flying back to the States the next day. Now we know, we'd stay in Faaa on both ends and taxi to the ferry terminal if we were planning to go to Moorea next.

Perfect overnight before a flight. Picked up at airport. Great room with air-conditioning. Modern bathroom. Kitchen facilities. Great coffee maker. Dropped off promptly for early AM flight. Bonus outdoor space with spectacular view of airport and ocean.

Faaa itself is OK.

Faaa itself is OK. It's the Royal room in the hills tgat was problematic.The room is not really as described. Seems it's run by someone else than the owner, possibly absentee house owner. Many people come and go from the Royal. One group came for a visit and occupied the terrace. They were polite and quiet but smoked, so no joining for us. The house cleaness is questionable and it appears there is more lodgers than the one the who sleep in the loft. Living room dingy with curtains closed and sofa. Underfurnished. The bedding feels cheap and polyester-like. Parking is a total headache on a narrow ledge. Finally someone came to move own car but with another motorcycle in the small place that was hardly useful. Dog poo was there, easy to step in. It's close to airport but there are nicer places to stay than here. Valley location was nice. Otherwise do not recommend this place. As to airport facility, it was easy to park a car at longterm to jump to another island for 2 days.

The rooms are the best I have experienced in Tahiti and the owners are incredibly helpful. This was especially so as Air Tahiti decided to go on strike and Tahia was happy to run us back and forth to the airport to rearrange our flights. Do not even consider staying anywhere else near the airport.

Overall experience is great. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, very close to the airport. However for midnight arrival, would be better to take the taxi as the alley walking up to the hotel is very dark at night and some parts only have gravels.

Can’t beat this location - perfect place to come after or before a flight into Tahiti. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is also very helpful and always available. Would highly recommend to any traveler’s needing accomodation close to the airport.
