Two comfortable, well equipped bungalows with large decks in a quiet private development. Friendly, helpful owner. Decent market ~100 m, good local waterfront restaurant just a short walk.
The use of the development's private beach is (March 2024) in the process of being returned from an usurpation by a greedy individual, so it was a 1 km walk/drive to Tipaniers or 2 km to the public beach.

The location is ok for the most part. It is about 20-30 minutes to main village of Moorea so we drove a lot every day. The nearby beach was great for snorkeling and kayaking. You can book scuba diving and whales watching at at Les Tipaniers Hotel, which is next door.

They let us check in early, the guy at the front desk was helpful and booked a tour for us which was great as most things are closed on Saturday afternoon.
