We love the place and their friendly and accommodating staff.

We truly loved the convenience of the location, which made everything easy and accessible for us. What stood out the most was the warm and thoughtful treatment from the staff and the owner. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. I also really appreciated that they were very understanding about my work schedule. They allowed me to work comfortably at the lobby from midnight until 9 AM, and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. On top of that, they even drove us to the church when we attended a wedding, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. We are very grateful for their hospitality. 🥰

I like how accommodating the staff is.

Everything made the stay really cozy. I like how it's not a "hotel" vine but more of a lodge which felt more homey. It wasn't crowded and it was only our family having breakfast at 8am onwards. Staff were all well-oriented, accommodating, and warm.

The property was very clean and beautifully designed, but what truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional customer service. We were in Tagaytay to attend my brother’s wedding at 3 PM and arrived early to avoid traffic. Although the standard check-in time is 2 PM, the staff kindly allowed us to check in at 12 PM at no extra cost so we could prepare for the event. Special thanks to CJ, the bellboy, who was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We also appreciate Jayson from the restaurant, who kindly allowed us to order cereals for our 5-year-old son even though it wasn’t normally offered during lunch. That extra effort meant a lot to us. We’re also grateful to the reception staff who helped us book our return trip to Manila via the Joyride app. Splendido is not only clean and well-maintained, the warmth and generosity of the staff made our stay truly memorable.

The accommodations and facilities were great. We also were lucky that our stay did not coincide with any big event, so the entire compound was very serene, quiet, and relaxing.
