A true gem - absolutely fantastic if you look for a few days in a quiet, beautiful surrounding, located just 30-40 minutes drive from Puerto Princesa airport. The staff is simply wonderful, the dogs are cute and friendly, the food is very nice, the bungalows are comfy and well thought through. There are USB outlets in the bungalows which are strong enough to charge a powerbank in a few hours, otherwise you have outlets by the bar that you can use - no problem at all. The WiFi was actually surprisingly good and fast, and reached all the way to the farthest bungalows. It's a serene place, you stay right by the beach, you have a number of nice places to sit on the territory, or obviously you have the whole beach at your disposal. There's a beach bar which we never found too noisy, couple of more food places, surfboard rental. The beach does have quite some waves, so it's possibly better for surfing than for swimming - though jumping in the waves and floating over them is also good fun. Some reviewers mentioned ants and such - well, you're right next to the forest, so of course there would be some life around you. We never felt that to be a problem at all - our ants were mostly hanging out in the outdoor bathroom and in front of the door. Which is fine, we can share. As long as you don't leave leftover food in the room, you shouldn't notice these little friends much.

We had 2BR & mini house for our family, 65, 61, 38, 14 yrs old. Situated at one end of beautiful Nagtabon beach, we had the most amazing time. This is back to nature, basic beach accommodation as detailed in description, run by the exceptional Cassy & colleague who couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasurable. Beach bars along the bay serve good food & drinks til 6pm then it's time to amuse yourselves. Cassy provided lovely beach bonfire with marshmallows to toast which did compensate my grandson for limited wifi. Our 2 night stay was perfect!

The staff was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is nice, ideal for visiting the Undeground River National Park in the morning. The room was clean and looked as advertised. Great choice, would come again.

Our hosts were great, and all the necessities were available. The food was outstanding! Our hosts were great cooks, and the breakfasts and dinners were simple but so tasty. The garden and the little stream that flows through is very pleasing and the verandah allows for nice relaxing evenings. The beach is a few minutes away, and is nice for evening walks and surfing. The nights were silent and completely dark, other than the stars and the moon. The room was just the right size, and the bed was comfortable. We had a rented car, but the hosts can arrange for a taxi as well. Our group enjoyed interacting with the many cute animals, both pets and wild, and the family of our hosts. The availability of wifi in an otherwise dead spot for mobile networks was also great!
