The Villa was well represented, extremely clean, complete with its own swimming pool and pretty much what it said it was which is definitely not always the case in the Philippines. The Villa owners were real attentive when we engaged them regards local attractions etc, Kevin the American owner going out his way to give us a lift to a local attraction in his 4x4. The fact the Villa is supported by a lovely Maid who is on hand not so far away as required to make life easy and relaxed is a real nice touch. Big thanks to Casa de Simone and everyone involved in making this Villa a real haven of tranquility in the Gapan Hills. We hope in time to return to Casa de Simone and this time stay a bit longer. We were treated like royalty. The place is amazing. The cottage is a work of art. The craftsmanship of the wood carvings were intricate. Words cannot express how amazing this place it. One has to see it and experience it. I love the countryside feel of the surrounding and the Bali inspired cottages

I had a great overnight stay at Mikhai Guest House. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a living room, kitchen, and private bathroom. I especially enjoyed the serene surroundings and the presence of trees around the area—it gave a very calming and refreshing atmosphere. Since I had traveled a long distance, I really needed to check in earlier than the usual time to freshen up and rest a bit. I truly appreciate the host for kindly accommodating my early check-in request. I was scheduled for the day tour at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar and wanted to avail of the set lunch, so the early check-in helped me make it on time and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Overall, it’s a peaceful and affordable place—perfect for those visiting Las Casas or exploring Bagac. Highly recommended!
