The service rendered to us was the highlight of our stay.Everyone was in their best smile,welcomed us and made us feel at home.Front desk staff JOSHUA and PRINCESS JANNA was kind and helpful that they arranged a taxi for us. They're both attentive to our needs so thank you guys! Lei and Kem was courteous,room attendants and the security guard (Ronald) also helpful. We spent a lovely morning walk by the pool followed by a sumptuous breakfast served by Sophia and Glai. This two girls ensured that we enjoyed the food which we did! Kudos to the chef.It would be better if it's buffet style in the future. Overall, the way your staff treat their guests is the foremost reason we will be coming back.Thank you once again and I look forward to spending time at your five-star service hotel!

Very friendly staff. Comfortable clean rooms and hotel serving good and delicious food. Nice pool with view to the sea.

It is a decent place to stay around a 5 minute walk to the main road plenty of food options. Not far to walk from bus terminal maybe 15 minutes. Room is motel like with door behind where you would park a car. Reception is at the top of the short driveway. There is a great resort complex with restaurant, pool etc next door.

All people of wharf transient hotel batanggas is always smile and great 😃 during going to out and inside I almost friendly I want back again.

I like the place, it is very quiet and the staff are very friendly and accommodating

I really enjoyed my stay here. I got a complimentary small box of brownies aside from the quality toiletries and bottles of drinking water. They even have slippers, steam iron and hanging rack for clothes, and a small kitchen counter with sink. The only thing missing is a trash bin for the dining area, although they have also provided trash bags.

I like all the staff of the hotel, very accommodating👍😊 The bed is soft and they provide all inside the room, and it's good we bring our own pillow and blanket, because of my daughter with me.

I'm very disappointed regarding number 1 no wifi,no fridge,no microwave,water heater, cable,disgusting towel,

local places to eat and drink.. miara the worker was dellightfuf.. all my needs were full filled ... and the local home made gin was tip top.. also snake charming for begginers was interesting

very spacious and we love the jet pool! everything is great. All the staff are wonderful! The food is lovely as well!

Very clean and cosy. Like a home from home. So nice we booked an additional night there!
