The rooms are of exceptional standard, for cleanliness, attention to detail, comfort, large rooms, and the bathrooms are the best I have seen in any venue in Philippines, or my travels across China over the years. I liked the ambiance when you get inside the resort. The room was exquisite and staff were very friendly and approachable. The pool is also nice and cozy. Though the location is a bit far from the main road, they were able to book vehicles for us for our next destination.

New and modern country style. Room is spacious and clean with smart TV. Beach is nice; the sand is super soft and water very clear; beach lounger often available with very short waiting time or no need to wait at all. SPA, diving center, restaurant, bar are all available for those don’t want to step out of the resort. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Hair dryer available and I like the shampoo/body wash. ~15mins away from Alona beach. Will visit again!

The property is nice, new and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Room service was provided everyday including water. The host was courteous, responsive, and provided helpful information to do around the island. The location is perfect as it’s tucked away from the main road and it’s only a few minutes walk to the restaurants on the main road.

We like everything about Best Western Plus The Ivywall Resort-Panglao. The staff were nice and polite, the room was clean, food was very good also, we also love the happy hour, very good cocktail drinks, pool was very good also and location was perfect. Not on a very busy part of Alona beach but still very close to everything. We like the small beach front area. They maintained it very well. Just that in the afternoon it tends to get a little dirty but its from the people who doesnt throw their trash properly. Not the hotel's fault but maybe they can clean up a little bit around after lunch to make sure the area will still be clean in the afternoon. Specially for guests who love to enjoy the beautiful scenery and enjoy happy hour. We loved the place. We wished we booked longer. Will definitely comeback!
