I loved everything about Pinecone Lodge...The location was perfect-at the end of the village.Food was top class-I had breakfast and dinner there each day.The room was clean and comfortable and sleep quality was excellent....What really made my stay SO enjoyable was the staff.I want to thank Jertrude and Husta,two lovely people.Jertrude organised a day trip with Ryan,the excellent guide,to visit the caves, and transport to Sagada, the next place I wanted to visit....Pinecone Lodge is perfect....Top marks....10 out of 10.

I liked the comfortable bed and the perfect mix of firm and soft pillows, which gave me one of the best sleeps I’ve had. Breakfast at the Strawberry Bistro was once again delicious, just like my previous visits. I also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location—just steps from Wright Park and the Mansion—and the added bonus of having Starbucks right within the property, where I met friends.

Great food and warm customer service, from the guard, staff all the way to the Manager. I have been staying here several times and they are consistent with their service. They carry our luggage up to the rooms, they offer free bwered coffee all the time which I love. They even have massage services which we love as additional relaxing activity during our stay.

Really clean rooms, staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous. Foods are amazing and breakfast is different everyday. Was not able to enjoy much of the facilities as we attended a wedding here, will definitely come back here next time we visit Baguio. Really close to Mines View Park and can walk all the way to Wright Park and The Mansion if you enjoy strolling.

Its BRAND NEW! We love the rooms and the beddings. The toilets have bathtub with rainshower. The water pressure and hot water is working fine. The staff are very welcoming and eager to please. They are on soft opening and everyone seem excited and nervous at the same time but they did very well and we have truly enjoyed our stay. Their restaurant is still closed but there are a lot of dining options in Baguio so its not a problem at all for us. Definitely coming back. Two thumbs up to the wonderful staff specially Dianne and Ron.
