We liked the service, the staff are very friendly and helpful , good room service, the cleaners did a good job in the room , the staff looked after us.. we highly recommend this hotel . and also was not too far from the malls. We like the unique old style house, garden out front to sit and enjoy and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is convenient to have the restaurant next door with value for money with generous portions in a relaxing environment. It is our go to hotel when in Tacloban. I was looking forward to using the outdoor pool but it was closed. I shared my disappointment with the staff and they went way out of their way and upgraded my room for the 3 nights I was there. The staff all were incredible and extremely attentive and supportive for all of my needs. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay at XYZ again. Hopefully the pool will be open then.
