We LOVED everything about Grand Hyatt. Best hotel you can book! Beds are so comfortable, great facilities, 24/7 gym, beautiful spa area and excellent staff. From Matt checking us in, Genesis and Ivy warm welcome every morning for breakfast, Maricel on floor 6 and Shiela for the fantastic massage! I would recommend this hotel to everyone

My daughter and her boyfriend felt safe and at home during their stay. The property was easy to find, accessible and close to shops, bars and restaurants. The owner was excellent with communication. She replied on every message and query promptly and professionally. The place is immaculately clean, modern and has all the amenities they needed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Great stay, clean unit, comfy bed, all amenities good, excellent service, perfect location within a mall that has shopping and grocery, and interconnected to MRT and Araneta Coliseum (for those who travel for concerts!). Note worthy that they have water dispensers in each floor instead of providing water bottles (so bring your own!). Another bonus: a bidet! Would highly recommend.
