Everything was exceptional! the staff are very friendly and accommodating—they took care of our airport transfer and helped us book a city tour. The resort itself is phenomenal, too. This is the only hotel in the Philippines with a bath tub on your very own terrace! Fantastic personell with communication and attention to every single detail. Very modern standards, especially for being in the Philippines. Top notch cleanliness and nice add ons with rentable motorbikes on the premise. The owners also run a dog and cat shelter and have rescued so many sweet animals and put them back in pristine condition. This is a nice add on to the stay. Super welcoming service and pick up and drop of at the airport at an extra cost, but well worth it. Super nice honey moon package at an additional cost, well worth every penny with red water and roses in the bath tub.

What a wonderful small resort to stay in. During my three weeks vacay in Philippines, this was by far the best accommodation I experienced. Tasty breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, clean and comfortable rooms, parking space and extremely friendly stuff really made this place worth to visit. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay one night short but the next time I head to Panglao, this resort will be my choice of stay.

Liked location and value. Also very clean. Able to see very few ants inside the room, but not on the bed, mostly near the door which is understandable. Hot water provided and water was clean.
