the the bedroom was excellent and the best part was really convenient SM CEBU just Infront of it. The host was really helpful and the bed was comfy and it's great for the family and group of friends. Shame we didn't stay more nights, definitely come back again and stay more. I would definitely recommend this to my family,friends and relatives when they come and visit Cebu, the best part was on sea view location and also swimming is lovely.The best you can cook with your favourite dish, kitchen stuffs are all complete.

Our stay in Bai hotel marked the end of our trip to Cebu .. And this hotel is exceptional per se. The front desk ,the staff .. they welcomed us with a smile .After check out , A staff helped us in arranging airport transfer ( Sir fred(?) and Jason) as we were desperate on hailing 2 taxis( we were a group of 7) . They were alert in whatever assistance they could provide. We were more than grateful. The rooms were well decorated and very clean , cozy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered lot to choose from . And the pool ! ... located at the 21st floor with pretty relax and chill areas and with the nicest view of Cebu! Too bad we didnt explore further coz we are too tired already . Next time maybe; Can't wait to go back!

Nice staff.Everything new.Smart TV.Great bathroom.Laundry service.Very clean.No traffic noise.A/C cooled the room down when returning.I have already rebooked.There is a popular pizza bar next door and a nice coffee shop/bakery around the corner.

The accommodation was a pleasant surprise with a large deck area and awesome views of the city and the sea beyond. We loved sitting outside, taking in the view and relaxing on the comfy couches. It’s up on a mountain, and we hired a driver to take us around to some of the sites nearby. There are gardens and the big draw is Tops, a popular destination at the top of the mountain. Myrna was wonderful and cooked us great breakfasts. There are two restaurants adjacent to the property.

1. Friendly and attentive staffs manning the reception and security posts. 2. I had a very responsive host during my stay who attended to my feedbacks very promptly. 3. The room was generally clean and functional and I was please to have a larger than usual fridge associated with hotel room and Air BnM. 4. The property was located just across SM City Mall and it was exceptionally convenient for anyone to get food and supplies. 5. Very convenient to catch a Taxi and if you are adventurous, just hop on a Jeepney.
