The property was clean, cozy, and beautiful. Value for money super guaranteed, considering the low rate we availed it with. The host was responsive and warm. Though we were welcomed by the personnel in-charge with a little issue on the conflict/misinformation about the rate displayed in the booking.com application versus their actual rate, the problem was timely resolved.

The host is probably the best I have met in my travels. Very warm, responsive, organised pick up at the airport with the most amiable friends. Staff at the place did the most to make our stay comfortable. The terrace with a view is something.

Over all it was good, except the location to tourist spots, anyways I am aware that Malaybalay is far from tourist spots, but for the accommodation itself all good staff are accommodating, and rooms are spacious for 3 pax
