I like that the room is so cozy and clean. They have areas for the smoker in every floor and also a water refilling area for your stay. Masarao yung tulog. Nakapagrelax talaga kami ng family ko.

The breakfast was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The room is clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for us because we avoided the traffic from peñafrancia. We owe our Mom's life to the staff of El Sancho. The assist they gave us was amazing. She had to be sent to the ER in BMC and everybody knew what to do and how to to respond. Thank you El Sancho. We'll be coming back.

The staff were all amazing and friendly, will definitely come back here for them. They even accommodated our early check-in for free. And they allow our late check out for a fee. Place is clean and comfy. Location is also great and quiet and safe. Highly recommended!

Have stayed here a few times. The staff are always polite and attentive. The Breakfast is unbeatable and the Evening meal choices in the restaurant catered for all tastes. It is conveniently located to Naga Centro will all the shopping you could wish for. The Bistro Roberto which offers night time entertainment by way of bands and dancing was attached to the hotel but also accessible to non residents with its own entrance for a great night out with family and friends. I visited this time for Christmas and New Years and the hotels festive decorations were lovely.

First time that i do not have complaints. They are improving from guard, staff and facilitiies.

I love how friendly and helpful all the staffs in Uma Hotel ❤️ We are only planning to stay for one night but decided to extend one more day. The area is near the famous Basilica of Peñafrancia and SM Naga. They have a lot of fast food restaurants around the area too. Makes it easy for us to choose what we want to eat the whole day. The in-house dining is also worth it. Loved the foods!

I watched the workers a lot. Everyone seemed to legitimately care about their specific job. The rooms director happened to be floating from one post to another handling lots of various things. The restaurant Mgr and door man referenced me by name!

No breakfast, we have to go outside to look for open restaurants or fastfood
